Hello Penguins!
I hope you’ve all had a good week and are back in the swing of things after the party last weekend! This week marks the release of a brand new clothing catalog! Take a look and let us know what you like and even what you don’t like!
Also, many of you have been asking what the plan is for Aqua Grabber and we’ve listened! Aqua Grabber has been updated today with some new challenges so be sure to check it out! I’ve even heard that there might be more levels on the way…
In other news: If you want to get a sneak peek of the new website design we’re working on for Club Penguin, check it out at www.clubpenguin.com/cpip/ We would love to get your opinion on it!

Party Checklist

Hey guys! It’s me, Screenhog!
Have you been enjoying the April Fools Party? I know I have! The April Fools Party is probably my favorite Club Penguin party of the year, just because of all of the neat things we can put in it that we wouldn’t be able to do for any other party.
Have you seen absolutely everything in the April Fools Party yet? Are you sure? Here’s a master checklist for you, just to make sure that you’ve seen it all:

Whew! That’s a lot of stuff! The artists sure did a great job in this party!
Did I miss anything in my master checklist? Which part is your favorite?

And below are posts from CPIP’s blog: (blog.clubpenguin.com/cpip)
Server Test Success!!
Hello Penguins!
After almost a month of testing, Server Test is complete! The test site has been shut down so that the team can get ready for the next big step: launching the new servers on clubpenguin.com! That’s what they will be doing over the next week and a bit. So if you or your friends go to test.clubpenguin.com and can’t login, that’s because the testing is over.
Thank you to everyone for all the hard work and excellent help throughout the test. It was a lot of fun! We didn’t announce this before because we wanted people to test for the right reasons, but we’re planning on giving everyone who participated a special gift as a way to say “thank you” for helping!
The only problem is that you will have to wait a little while for it. We’re planning on using one of the “new features” to deliver it!
Until then…waddle on!

Website Sneak Peek
Hello Penguins!
The next phase of CPIP is underway (the website redesign) and many of you have already provided tons of helpful feedback about the updated logo that will be featured on the new website.
The redesigned site will go live at www.clubpenguin.com on April 14th.
To find out more about the website redesign, check out the link on the CPIP homepage. There is a snapshot of a new section and we’d love to hear what you think about it and of course any suggestions you may have.
We’ll have more info on a couple other important points next week.
Until then…waddle on!

Server Test Almost Over
Hello Penguins!
The CPIP server test has been going really well over the past couple weeks. The team has squashed a lot of bugs, thanks to all the reports you’ve sent in.
When the test is over on April 4, your test accounts will be deleted, and the team will start preparing to go live with the new servers. Club Penguin will be completely transferred over to the new servers on April 14, but don’t worry, your normal Club Penguin account will be transferred as well.
Until then… Waddle On!

Cleaning up the Logo
Hello Penguins!
First of all, the testing this weekend was a huge success! We pushed the new servers hard, but they are working better than ever because of it. So thanks again to everyone who helped with that! We’re glad you enjoyed being puffles!
We’re getting ready to start talking about the new website, but I wanted to get your input on something before we do.
Working with Disney has been really cool and they have been totally supportive of Club Penguin and what we believe in. This is why we want them to be a part of our logo, but we’ve heard from many of you that the current version is a bit ugly and cluttered with all the text so we’re trying to clean it up.
Old Logo New Logo

We wanted to show you how we might fix it and find out what you think of the change. As always, take a look and let us know what you think!
Until then… Waddle On!

Look above and compare the current CP’s logo with the new one. Does the new one look great? Now the CPIP’s server test has ended and shut down. So if you go to test.clubpenguin.com, you won’t be able to find the page.
Below are the things that are going to happen this month!
- A Brand New Mission!
- The Return of Rockhopper!
- Book Room Update!
- New Igloo!
- New Room!
As for the new room, I wonder what is it. And how are we going to contact RockHopper about the Migrator? April is an exciting month indeed!
April’s Clothing Catalogue had just been released!

Here are the secrets and new backgrounds: (pictures below are from watex.wordpress.com)
- The cheesy tie can be found by clicking on the penguin’s teeth.
- The Red Viking Helmet can be found by clicking on the pot of gold.
- The blue viking helmet can be found by opening and closing the red viking helmet box 4 times.
- The Green Snorkel can be found by clicking on this bubble.
Below are the 4 “new” backgrounds. (2 of them are old)
There is a new penguin poll.
The Migrator has been built and now you can enter it. BUT the ship hold is still blocked off by the seaweed. =(
Below are some ideas for contacting RockHopper:
RockHopper’s journal has been recovered and stored. A copy of RockHopper’s journal will be avalible in the book room on 14th April.
Aunt Arctic has been promoted to editor in chief of the CP times! She will be still doing Ask Aunt Arctic but will be writing other reports too.
A new play will be coming up next Fri on 14th April.
Last but not least if you go to CPIP and click on the website updates, they will give you a overview of the new and improve CP website they have in store. (from clubpenguin.com/cpip/new_website.html)
WHAT IT’S ALL ABOUT:
While we’ve all been busy testing the new servers, there has been a lot of work started on a new look for the website, and it’s all part of the Club Penguin Improvement Project.
The new look for the website launches on April 14. Check the CPIP blog for updates, and as always, your suggestions and feedback are very helpful.
A BIT OF BACKGROUND:
We’ve been listening to the ideas and suggestions that many of you have shared over the past several months about how to improve Club Penguin and they have been a huge source of inspiration for the new website design.
Many of you let us know that you’d like to see more art and an easier way to navigate around the site and that has been one of the main goals for the new design. After hearing from many of you that the new Club Penguin logo is better because it’s more simple and clean, we wanted to continue in that direction with the rest of the site. Thanks for all your feedback about it!
SNAPSHOTS:
Below are a couple of snapshots to compare: On the left is our current Fun Stuff section, and beside it is a section from the new design called Community. Many of you have provided suggestions on how to make the Fun Stuff section more fun and here’s a sneak peek of what the Community section looks like so far:

This is just a start. Be sure to check out the CPIP blog and share your ideas. And remember, the new site will be launched on April 14!
Compare the two photos above. They look so different!
